A person who is fit is capable of living life to its fullest extent. Physically fit individuals are capable of maintaining their optimal weight reducing the risk of cardiac problems in the future.
I will provide you with a set routine for the gym that you follow, ensuring that it fits your personal life as well as ensuring that you reach your goals. This will allow your time in the gym to be as effective and efficient as possible but without overwhelming you.
The word "can't" is not in my vocabulary as a trainer, you can do whatever you set your mind on and I will make sure you push yourself to your limits. I will also provide you with personalised goals and help develop an achievable plan to reach these goals.
Proper Technique and form
You can watch all of the workout videos or read all of the latest fitness magazines in the world, but until you have someone by your side providing immediate feedback you will struggle to master technique. This will prevent you from obtaining serious injuries during compound weight lifting exercises.
Sports Specific Training
Are you an athlete? I have studied body patters and have workouts using training system specific to your sporting needs. It will develop speed, power, strength, endurance and agility.
The main thing that I will provide is the results that you cannot obtain on your own. If you follow my plans and push yourself as hard as I tell you to then you will obtain your goals. With my clients I work diligently to help them recognise their results, tangible and intangible, as well as the results they never anticipated having. I am accountable for these results and you will not be disappointed.
